How to Use Email Templates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Quick Campaigns

If your team is using Quick Campaigns in Microsoft Dynamics 365, adding Email Templates can take your outreach to the next level. When launching your Quick Campaign, simply select the option to Use a Template, choose the one that fits your messaging, and let Dynamics 365 generate customized emails for every recipient. Even built-in templates like “Contact Reconnect” automatically fill in dynamic fields like first and last name, giving each message a personal touch.
